green and water........
This was the theme in the southern districts of TN. This was probably one of my best experience so far.The maverick in me took over and i found myself traveling 2000 KM in 3 days. The first day saw me visit Koonthankulam. The birds had just arrived. There weren't too many..just enough for a visual treat. From Nanguneri the day saw me going straight to Papanasam.Took a bath in the agastiyar falls and then went straight to Tenkasi .From there back to tiruneveli. The next day i took the Tirunelveli Kollam passenger. It takes a circuitous route to Tenkasi and finds its way through the western ghats to reach Kollam. It was an amazing sight to watch. Kerala saw me visiting Trivandrum and Kollam . From Trivandrum i took a bus to Nagercoil .Had a brush with the windmills and then back to tirunelveli.Kerala was the most boring of all places. It's landscape didn't offer anything. It was staid and dull in nature, devoid of variety. All that u get to see is coconut trees and backwaters here and there. Add to this the heat and the humidity.I always found TN offering more variety in terms of landscapes. The last day saw me taking the day train from tirunelveli to Madras. My camera had been a great partner in this journey.Shall upload a few pics later.
